Bajiap's Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajiap platform and all of its services. It is every member's responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using our services via the bajiap website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Bajiap is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using our services, you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Bajiap reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed.

• These Terms should be read alongside bajiap's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail; however, the Bangla version is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi members.
• Bajiap reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue its services at any time.

To register with bajiap, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. bajiap may request proof of identity or age verification at any time. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.

Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share it with anyone. bajiap accepts no liability if your login credentials are disclosed to a third party. We strongly encourage all members to enable two-factor authentication.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.
• Withdrawal options may be limited until KYC verification is complete.
• Bank or mobile banking numbers belonging to third parties cannot be linked to your account.
• Email or SMS verification is mandatory after registration.

The minimum deposit at bajiap is ৳100 BDT, with the maximum limit determined by your account tier. Deposits can be made via all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Processing typically takes between 15 minutes and up to 24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bajiap does not charge any additional fees on transactions; however, payment providers may apply their own fees, which are the member's responsibility. To prevent money laundering, bajiap reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transactions.

• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day, though daily limits apply.
• If a withdrawal request can be cancelled, it must be done before processing has begun.
• Withdrawals may be delayed on bank holidays.

Once a bet is confirmed on bajiap, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined by the final result of the relevant event. bajiap reserves the right to close any betting market or adjust odds at any time.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bajiap reserves the right to void that bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with bajiap's established rules. Bets on postponed matches are generally voided and stakes refunded.

• Minimum bet is ৳10 BDT; maximum bet varies by market.
• Betting on both sides of the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Bajiap reserves the right to void any bet if match-fixing or irregularities are suspected.
• Your betting history is always accessible from your profile.

All bonuses and promotional offers from bajiap are provided under specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the relevant terms. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which are detailed in the respective bonus offer description.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first meet the required wagering conditions before becoming withdrawable.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.
• The reload bonus is available once per week.
• Cashback offers are generally calculated based on net losses from the previous week.
• Bajiap reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajiap platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts operated by the same person or family members from the same device or network.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using fake details specifically to claim bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on both outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimize funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Hacking or System Damage: Any unauthorized access to or tampering with the platform's software or systems.
• Using Another Member's Account: Operating another person's account without their authorization.

Bajiap places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial harm. To support this, we have a number of protective measures in place.

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your daily life, please contact our support team immediately. We can assist you with self-exclusion or a voluntary break from the platform.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to keep your account suspended for an extended period.

Decisions made by bajiap's senior management are considered final. All disputes are reviewed against relevant logs, records, and third-party data. False or unsubstantiated claims may result in action being taken against the account.

Bajiap reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Account closures typically occur for the following reasons.

• Violation of any clause under these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• In cases of suspected money laundering or fraud.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited. Members will be notified of any account closure via email or SMS.

Bajiap reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
